And I can tell you hundreds of recipes in which tahini sauce is an essential partner on the dining table
In this post, I will share with you five delicious recipes for tahini sauce in the Arabic way.
1-Basic Arabic Tahini SauceÂ
INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup tahini
- 2Â garlic cloves
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon cumin
- 1 Teaspoon coriander
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 3 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- Hot water until we reach the desired consistency
INSTRUCTIONS

- Put the tahini in a small bowl
- Add salt / black pepper / cumin / coriander / nutmeg
- Add the 2 grated garlic cloves,
- Add lemon juice and vinegar
- Add a little hot water and start stirring
- Keep stirring and adding water according to the type of main food. For example, if you are going to use it in sandwiches, it is preferable that it be liquid, but if you are going to eat it with pita bread, it is preferable that it is thick.
- If you want a creamy tahini sauce, put it in the blender for 4 minutes
- Put the tahini sauce on the serving plate

Basic Arabic Tahini Sauce RecipeÂ

2-Spicy Arabic Tahini Sauce
In this recipe, we will use chili sauce and hot pepper with tahini sauce
1-Put the chili paste and a little chili sauce on the tahini and stir well
2-Put it on a serving plate and garnish with a little tomato and mint
3-Yellow Arabic Tahini SauceÂ
INGREDIENTS

- 1Â CUPÂ Basic Tahini Sauce (wich we did in the first recipe)
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- half Teaspoon Curcuma
- 2 Teaspoon Yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Â
- Add Curcuma, mustard and yogurt to the tahini
- Stir the mixture well
- Leave it for 5 minutes before serving so that all the ingredients are well combined
- Garnish the serving plate with some pomegranate seeds and some coriander leaves

Yellow tahini sauce is great with potato chips
Yellow Arabic Tahini Sauce Recipe
Equipment

4-Arabic Tahini Sauce With Herbs
This recipe is very easy, all you have to do is bring some fresh parsley and cilantro and mix it well.
Put it on a serving plate and garnish with sliced carrots and beets
5-Arabic Tahini sauce with beets
Take a beet, cover it with aluminum foil, then put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
After the beets have cooled, peel them and cut them into small pieces
Put the beets and tahini sauce in a blender and beat them well
Put the tahini sauce with beets in a serving dish and garnish with some turnip slices
Arabic Snaks that taste wonderful with Arabic Tahini Sauce
To make the best Arabic snacks, you can bring some white Arabic bread and cut it in the form of triangles, then put two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt on it and put it in the oven until toasted.
After toasting some Arabic bread, put it on a serving plate, and serve it with tahini as a wonderful and light meal.
Note: you can add some You can add a clove of minced garlic and a little grated cheese and then stir it with bread before entering the oven
