Arabic Kunafa is the official dessert for Ramadan, and since there are many recipes for sweets on the Internet, Arabic recipes have overlapped with foreign recipes.
We have recently seen new modifications to traditional kunafa recipes.

INSTRUCTIONS

This quantity is suitable for making a konafa tray size 28/30/32
The konafa syrup should be of medium thickness
To make any quantity by measuring A cup of water for every cup of sugar

- 3 tablespoons Oreo
- 3 tablespoons Caramel
- 3 tablespoons Ground Pistachio
- 3 tablespoons Almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the kunafa well and make it very soft
- Add ghee to the kunafa, then 3 tablespoons of kunafa syrup
- Stir the mixture well
- In a frying pan on the fire, put the kunafa and stir it until it gets a golden color

1. Kunafa Mango
1- In a small dish, put a little kunafa as a first layer, then add the creamy cream.

5- Garnish the bowl with some mango slices
2-Peach Konafa
1- Using the same method as before, put a layer of kunafa, then the peach sauce, then the creamy cream, then another layer of kunafa, and decorate the bowl with slices of peaches.
3-Kunafa with lotus butter
Use the same method as before and decorate the dish with a piece of biscuit.
4-Kunafa Nutella
Replace Lotus Butter with Nutella.
5- Caramel Konafa
Put the caramel with date molasses on the layers of kunafa and cream
Complete the same way pistachios, ground almonds, and Oreo as well.
