Arabic New Shakshuka Recipe (with Sausage)

 

Shakshuka is a very famous Arabic food for breakfast, but today I will share with you a new version of the Arabic Shakshuka recipe with the addition of sausage and cheese.

The beautiful and wonderful in this recipe is the ease of preparation and also it’s wonderful taste.

You can imagine the taste of sausage with melted cheese and eggs.

 

Personally, I enjoy this recipe in the winter with the cold, because this recipe gives a feeling of warmth, and it is preferable if you drink after that a cup of hot tea, you will literally feel happy.

 

Eat this meal with Egyptian Fino bread or any other bread. It’s really amazing and delicious!

 

INGREDIENTS

  

  1. 1 Turkish sausage
  2. 1 Cheddar cheese
  3. 3 egg
  4. 1 Pinch of salt and black pepper
  5. 1 Pinch of black pepper
  6. 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  7. 1 green pepper or hot pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon butter
  9. 1 tablespoon olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  12. Cover the pan and leave it for two minutes, until the cheese melts

NOTES

You can use any type of cheese, but it is preferable that it is low in salt so as not to add to the saltiness of the recipe.

Do not add any additional seasonings (other than salt and black pepper) because the sausage has spices
