One of the most famous countries to make and eat shawarma is Lebanon.
The Lebanese shawarma differs from the Syrian shawarma in the spices and pickles that fill the sandwich, even if the sandwich is in the form of a wrap.
While it differs from the Egyptian shawarma in the type of bread, and also the Egyptian shawarma is mostly beef, while the Lebanese shawarma is made of chicken.
in this post, I will be sharing with you the authentic Delicious Lebanese shawarma recipe.
Delicious Lebanese Shawarma .
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo sliced chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon black pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Half teaspoon seven spices
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Arabic bread
- pickled turnip
- French fries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the chicken slices in a bowl and sprinkle with the spices (salt – black pepper – the seven spices).
- Then add garlic, yogurt, vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients well
- Put the Lebanese shawarma in the fridge for two hours , then Put the shawarma in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 (middle rack).
- The final look of the Lebanese shawarma after taking it out of the oven
- Spread Arabic bread with garlic dip
- Put the chicken shawarma and turnip pickles on it, then wrap the sandwich
- Toast shawarma from both sides

Delicious Lebanese shawarma recipe
Equipment
- Frying pan

Ingredients

Instructions

Garlic Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whie vinigar
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put two cups of water with 3 tablespoons of starch and stir it cold
- After cold stirring, start heating the frying pan and continue stirring until you get a transparent color for the starch (about 10 minutes). then leave it till it cold
- Bring the blender and put all the ingredients (vinegar, milk, oil, lemon half, a spoonful of salt and mayonnaise) and mix them
- Put a part of the starch on the previous mixture, then mix them
- Then put the rest of the starch and mix them together
- Put garlic in a serving bowl
NOTES
While adding starch, if you find that the garlic is thick, it can be diluted with a little milk

- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whie vinigar
- 1 teaspoon salt
