Egyptian Baklava With Ice-cream .
INGREDIENTS

- 500 grams Baklava or Golash dough
- Half cup oil
- Half cup butter or ghee
- Syrup Golash
- 200 grams vanilla Ice-cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Â
- Roll out the baklava dough (if it is frozen, leave it until it is soft so you can take the layers easily)
- Put the ghee on the oil and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds (until the ghee melts only)
- Take a baking tray and grease it with ghee and butter
- Put the first layer of baklava dough, then add a spoonful of butter and oil and grease it well
- Complete the layers of baklava (about 8 layers) in the same way
- Using Hamburger Patty Make shape the dough into circles
- As for the formation of the baklava dough, then add the remaining ghee and oil and brush them
- Make sure that the butter and oil are well distributed
- In a preheated oven, place the baklava on the bottom shelf at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (when the edges begin to change color to golden).
- Then turn on the grill (and turn off the oven fire) until the surface of the baklava tray changes to a golden color (5 Min)
- Add the syrup to the baklava immediately after it comes out of the oven (the syrup must be hot)
- Take the baklava out of the tray and put it on a serving plate (it is preferable to put it on a cupcake paper to give it a distinctive shape)
- Put it on a serving plate, put a scoop of ice cream next to it, and garnish it with crushed pistachio (optional).
