This is the most popular street food for Egyptians.

Egyptian Sausage Sandwich (Alexandrian spicy sausages)

 

INGREDIENTS

  

  1. Half kilo Stuffed sausage
  2. 1 Teaspoon salt
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 3 hot green peppers
  5. 10 cloves garlic
  6. Quarter cup white vinegar
  7. 4 Samoon Roll

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Put one tomato,2 hot pepper, garlic and vinegar in a blender and blend them well
  2. Blend them in a blender for a minute until you reach this consistency
  3. In a frying pan on the fire, put a spoonful of oil and put it on the frying pan
  4. Add the sausage to the frying pan and stir until it changes color and is cooked (about 5 MIN)
  • (sausage contains a lot of spices and fats, so don’t put too much oil)
