For some reason, hummus became famous throughout the world recently and became one of the international appetizers, and with this spread, the recipes and ingredients for making hummus increased.

Before We Start

INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams boiled chickpeas (two and a half cups)
- 250 grams tahini (cup)
- One and a half teaspoons salt
- Half a cup lemon juice
- 10 ice Cube
- (¼ teaspoon Optional (lemon salt)
- 2 Laura paper
- half an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours, adding a pinch of baking soda

NOTES
Arab secrets to make Arabic Hummus recipe
1- If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can use a normal pot, but the secret here is that the chickpeas must be completely cooked (see the picture in step 6)
2-The second tip is to leave the chickpeas until it cools completely (you can put it in the freezer a little so that it cools quickly)
3-The original Arabic hummus does not contain a lot of garlic, but the taste of lemon is more, so we will use in this recipe only two cloves of garlic (one clove during cooking and one during grinding)
4-Ice must be added gradually because the goal of adding ice is to make the texture cohesive and make the hummus light in color

Best Three Ways to Decorate Hummus Plate
First Way
1-Put some Hummus in a small bowl, then put the chickpeas inside the bowl
2-In the middle, put some boiled chickpeas
3-Put a fork in the water, then put it in a little pepper powder, then decorate the dish
The Second Way :
1-Put the hummus in a serving dish using the spoon to shape it in the form of waves
2- Garnish the dish with a little sumac or chili powder with some drops of olive oil and cumin
The Third Way :
