Egyptian Fattah Tomato Sauce Recipe.

- 5 tomatoes, blended
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 spoon of oil
- 1 spoon of butter
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- half teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon seven spices
- 1 chopped red pepper
In a frying pan over medium heat, put a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of oil and chopped garlic
Stir the garlic well until it reaches a light golden color (do not make the garlic reach the brown color so that it is not bitter)
Add white vinegar
Divide the previous mixture in half and put the tomatoes and spices on one half
Stir the tomatoes well and leave them for 15 minutes on a medium heat
Half the garlic and vinegar mixture, we will add it to the soup later
When the soup are cooked, we will take a cup of soup and put it on the tomato sauce and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes ( will include this step in the main Egyptian Fattah Recipe) in the next step.
