In a large bowl, put the kunafa and cut it into small pieces
Add ghee and oil to the kunafa
Mix the kunafa with butter and oil well
In a small bowl, put a spoonful of butter and a spoonful of black honey on it
Mix black honey and butter well
Take a frying pan and grease it with butter and honey well from the base and sides
Put half the quantity of kunafa in the pan and press it well
Using a plate or tray, press the kunafa firmly
Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, then put it on the kunafa, making sure that the cheese is in the middle
Put half of the remaining kunafa on the cheese
On a completely quiet fire, hold the pan and turn it clockwise until the edges start to take a golden color (do not leave the pan in the middle of the fire so that it does not burn)
When the cooking is complete, the sides will be non-sticky in the pan and have taken on a golden color. When you reach this stage, the kunafa is ready to be flipped on the other side.
Flip the kunafa on the other side
Return the kunafa to the pan again and arrange the sides so that they are equal
In the same way, as before, turn the frying pan over low heat, clockwise
Flip the kunafa again on the serving plate
Put the syrup on the kunafa and leave it until the syrup is completely absorbed
Garnish konafa with Arabic cheese with a little ground pistachio
You must eat the cheese kunafa hot
