Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo meat without fat
  • 1 Kilo onion- julienne sliced
  • 8 Cardamom
  • Half teaspoon black pepper
  • Half a teaspoon mixed spices
  • Half teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 papers Laura
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, put two tablespoons of oil or ghee, according to your preference
