In a frying pan, put the butter and a tablespoon of olive oil
 When the butter melts, add the green pepper and stir it in the butter for a minute
 Put the tomatoes on the green pepper and stir them well over  low heat
 Cover the tomatoes with pepper and leave for 4 minutes
 Cut the sausage into slices
 Grate the cheese (quantity as desired)
 Mash the tomato and pepper after 4 minutes
 Add the sausage and stir with the tomato and pepper for one minute
 Put only two tablespoons of cheese on the sausage (the rest of the amount we will put on the top)
 Add eggs and add a pinch of salt and black pepper
 Add the rest of the cheese with a little red hot pepper
 Cover the pan and leave it for two minutes, until the cheese melts
