  • 100 grams kunafa
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ cup kunafa syrup
  • 225 gm creamy cheese
  • 250 ml (1 cup) liquid whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Vanilla flavor
  • 1 tablespoons rose water
