In a large bowl, ground beef
Add the onion, a spoonful of salt, cinnamon, seven spices and black pepper
Stir the meat with the spices well until the spices and onions are completely coated inside the meat tissues
Form the meat into medium-sized balls
Place the kofta in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until all the ingredients are set
Put two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and when the oil is hot, put kofta and turn it on all sides
After the kofta is browned, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate
In the same pan, put the chopped garlic and saute it until it reaches a golden color
Put two tablespoons of tomato paste
Stir the tomatoes with garlic, then add one tablespoon of sugar (small cube)
Add a cup finely chopped tomatoes without skin
Add a cup and a half of hot water and mix well
Add a pinch of salt, cinnamon, seven spices, black pepper, and stir well
Put the kofta in the tomato sauce and leave for 10 minutes
Place Dawood Pasha's kofta in a serving dish and garnish with a little fresh parsley
