Arab secrets to make Arabic Hummus recipe
1- If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can use a normal pot, but the secret here is that the chickpeas must be completely cooked (see the picture in step 6)
2-The second tip is to leave the chickpeas until it cools completely (you can put it in the freezer a little so that it cools quickly)
3-The original Arabic hummus does not contain a lot of garlic, but the taste of lemon is more, so we will use in this recipe only two cloves of garlic (one clove during cooking and one during grinding)
4-Ice must be added gradually because the goal of adding ice is to make the texture cohesive and make the hummus light in color
