Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours, adding a pinch of baking soda
After 8 hours, the chickpeas will grow in size
Wash the chickpeas well with water
In a pressure cooker, put the chickpeas, cover with water, then add half an onion, a clove of garlic, two bay leaves and half a teaspoon of salt.
Boil the pressure cooker and set the timer for 20 minutes
